Allston, MA Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a portfolio of four investment condominiums located at 139-143 Brighton Ave., and the sale of 27 Quincy St. - Unit 2, an investment condominium located in Somerville, according to Tim Thompson, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The assets sold for $2.6 million and $535,000, respectively.
139-143 Brighton Avenue - Allston, MAKendin Carr, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the package of four condominiums at 139-143 Brighton Ave. on behalf of the sellers, Bliss Realty Trust and Trademark Realty Trust. Carr also had the exclusive listing to market 27 Quincy St. – Unit 2, on behalf of the seller, Pulverizer Realty Trust.
