Carter joins Peabody Props.’ Tent City and Warren Ave. Apartments as resident service coordinator

Boston, MA Peabody Properties held a “Grab & Go” continental breakfast at its Tent City and Warren Avenue Apartments communities to welcome new resident service coordinator Nathassia Carter.

In this role, Carter builds and maintains relationships with residents and offers support and guidance to enhance the quality of residents’ lives. She assesses service needs, provides resources, creates programs to support wellness, and advocates for residents to build support networks.

Carter joins Peabody with an extensive background in the human resources field.

The breakfast event also provided an opportunity for residents to come together for a convivial start to the day.

“What a great way to introduce Nathassia to our residents at Tent City and Warren Avenue Apartments,” said Adam Kenney, executive VP at Peabody Cos. 

“Those attending had the chance to get to know their new resident service coordinator while enjoying some conversation and a delicious breakfast.”
