Carucci of Group Boston Real Estate handles $12.1 million sale for buyer, Percelay of The Mount Vernon Company

According to Group Boston Real Estate (GBRE), the city's premier luxury real estate agency, its president, Michael Carucci has brokered the sale of 10-18 Brainerd Rd. for $12.1 million. "Michael has an exceptional ability to uncover opportunities in an otherwise very competitive market. His follow through and execution make all the difference," said the buyer, Bruce Percelay, chairman of The Mount Vernon Company. Carucci represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
