Casey of SR Commercial Realty brokers $5.75m sale for new Mental Health Association, Inc. headquarters
Chicopee, MA Jeremy Casey of SR Commercial Realty has brokered the $5.75 million sale for new Mental Health Association, Inc. headquarters at 350 Memorial Dr.
Previously owned by MassMutual, the new facility features a three-story building featuring 20 single rooms and 20 suites; multiple conference & training rooms; and two game rooms totaling 78,378 s/f on 12.23 acres.
There is onsite parking for 200+ vehicles; including three electric charging stations. This move will allow the Mental Health Association to streamline its operations, introduce new programs and serve the entire community of Western Mass.
