Cassidy Turley and ClearRock Properties lease 24,593 s/f

July 19, 2013 - Connecticut

5 Holly Hill Lane - Greenwich, CT

Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., negotiated a 24,593 s/f, 11-year lease at 75 Holly Hill Lane with Corporate Executive Offices (CEO), a high-end office suite provider for businesses that need adaptable, efficient commercial office space. CEO is the first major tenant since ClearRock Properties took ownership of the building and undertook an extensive $6 million renovation. This transaction is the largest year to date for the Western Greenwich submarket.
Michael Norris, managing director, principal, and Edward Kent, associate, of Cassidy Turley represented the owners, a joint venture between ClearRock Properties and Artemis Real Estate Partners. David White, owner of D.H. White Commercial Real Estate, served as tenant representative.
Cassidy Turley and ClearRock Properties worked in partnership with CEO to address its overall business goals and create a unique, high-end space with great amenities that its current client base expects. Since CEO will be occupying a majority of the ground-floor space, its clients will have direct access to the renovated lobby and new common corridors.
"This is a unique property within the exclusive Western Greenwich submarket, so it's fitting CEO is the initial tenant as its clients are accustomed to a certain standard reflective of the extensive renovations undertaken at 75 Holly Hill Lane," said Norris.
