Arrow Performance, LLC, dba Jaroop, has leased 1,785 s/f at 279 New Britain Rd.
Jaroop specializes in web application development for businesses and is the creator of multiple web based software systems such as the online sale proposal system ClientSky.com. Sean Taylor and Christopher Shields are the company's managers.
Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, was the agent for the tenant. The landlord is 259-279 New Britain Road, LLC. The landlord's agent was Don Sagarino of Coldwell Banker, West Hartford.
