85 Devonshire St./262 Washington St. has been one of the most active office buildings in the Downtown Crossing market this year. Since taking on the assignment at the beginning of 2013, the Boston Realty Advisors team of Wil Catlin and Robert LeClair have completed eight lease transactions at the property totaling 24,500 s/f and bringing the office portion of the building to over 96% occupancy.
