Digital Results Group has signed a multi-year lease for 6,370 s/f of space at 125 Summer St. Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) managing principal and partner, William Catlin and Adam Schneier, managing director, represented the tenant, while Kevin Kennedy of CBRE represented the landlord, Equity Office. In addition, BRA has been exclusively retained to lease 729 Boylston St., a six-story 27,971 s/f boutique office building located in the city's Back Bay between Exeter St. and Fairfield St. 729 Boylston St. represents a great opportunity for small tenants to occupy a class B building in an office market with vacancy near a record low. Catlin said, "729 Boylston St. is situated on arguably one of the most desirable blocks in Boston, as there are many neighborhood amenities including the Mandarin Oriental and The Prudential Center." The leasing team of Catlin and Schneier will handle the leasing assignment for BRA. Founded in 2001 by Jason Weissman, Boston Realty Advisors operates a full-service commercial brokerage platform. BRA specializes in leasing and selling investment properties throughout New England. The firm's mission is to fill a void in the lack of creative and aggressive marketing within the commercial real estate industry.
