Cawley and Braun of UMF broker $750,000 sale of 12-unit apt. buiding

United Multi Family (UMF) brokered the sale of a 12-unit apartment building at 69-71 Cedar St. for $750,000 ($62,500 per unit). Handled by Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of the New England office, the wood frame-vinyl sided apartment building residence was built in 1925 and sold by 69-71 Cedar Street Realty Trust to Robert Krauss with financing provided by Peoples Federal Savings. The property was sold within 24 hours from being listed and closed in less than 30 days. The building was vacant at the time of closing and was all studios.
