FHO Partners hires Vacca as associate and Land as director of research

BOSTON MA FHO Partners has hired two new members to its corporate team. Jonathan Vacca has joined the firm as an associate in its suburban corporate advisory services group. Vacca previously worked as a broker for more than two years at GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners. At FHO, Vacca will assist clients within the 128-South Suburban submarket. Ashley Lane has joined the firm as the director of research, a new position responsible for the production of statistics, demographic and economic analysis and research reports. She previously served as a research analyst for Cushman & Wakefield. "Jon is a great addition to our South Suburban Corporate Advisory team," said Tom Kent, partner at FHO Partners. "As the economy continues its recovery and businesses begin to consider space requirements to accommodate future growth, FHO Partners will need all hands on deck to continue identifying and negotiating the most attractive deals on behalf of our clients. A 2006 graduate of Colby College with a BA in History, Vacca is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association. Lane holds a BA in English from Washington and Lee University.
