Cawley and Braun of United Multi Family broker $750,000 sale of 8-unit apartment building
United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 8-unit apartment building at 17 Sherman St., for $750,000 ($93,750 per unit).
Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of the New England office handled the sale. The brick residences were built in 1962 and sold by Carl D'Angio to Metro Realty Corp.
Financing was provided by East Cambridge Savings.
The CAP rate at the time of sale was 6.73% with the property having a gross annual income of $85,416.
