CB Richard Ellis welcomes Kinlin as vice president

According to CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), Robert Kinlin, Jr. has been hired as a vice president in the suburban brokerage group where he will focus on leasing activities in the suburban Boston market. Kinlin's past experiences have included the leasing of 600,000 s/f at Unicorn Park in Woburn, 500,000 s/f at 100 Rustcraft Rd. in Dedham, 408,000 s/f at 300 Baker Ave. in Concord and 148,000 s/f at 100 Lowder Dr. in Westwood. "I am confident that Rob will make meaningful contributions to our firm," said Andy Hoar, president/co-managing partner of CBRE/New England. "His knowledge of the commercial real estate industry through his past experience will add value to our team." Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Kinlin worked for Meredith & Grew and Kinlin Grover Real Estate, where he brokered residential and commercial real estate transactions. He received his B.S. from Boston College and is affiliated with numerous professional organizations including The Commercial Brokers Association and NAIOP. He is also involved with the Mayflower Foundation and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where he sits on the committee for the Joey Coakley Memorial Pro-Am annual golf tournament.
