CBRE named exclusive agent for Greenwich O.P.

ING Real Estate has appointed CB Richard Ellis exclusive leasing and managing agent for Greenwich Office Park comprised of nine-buildings totaling 425,000 s/f. Michael Siegel, executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Connecticut office, is overseeing the leasing campaign along with CBRE's David Block and Steven Greenbush. The leasing team is working closely with the Greenwich Office Park management team led by Alisa Landau, CBRE's on-site real estate manager of asset services, to maintain the property's above standard quality of service. While the complex is nearly 100% occupied, CBRE has been charged with retaining the existing tenants, while at the same time creating space efficiencies by expanding and relocating corporate users within the complex.
