Cushman & Wakefield to represent Fit Factory

Boston, MA Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to represent Fit Factory, along with co-brokers Venture Retail, as they look to expand the company’s reach with six locations in the Greater Boston and New England markets. Fit Factory looks for spaces ranging in size from 25,000 to 35,000 s/f, with an emphasis on highway visibility and easy site access.

Headquartered in Braintree, Mass., Fit Factory is known for its diverse offering of fitness classes, first-class amenities and member-first approach.

“The Boston area is home for Fit Factory, so it makes a lot of strategic sense that we continue expanding in our backyard, so to speak,” said Ryan Gadles, co-founder of Fit Factory.

“We look forward to working alongside Fit Factory, and co-brokers Venture Retail, as it continues to expand in New England,” said Rob Byrne, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.
