CBRE represents Omni Logistics and Clarion Ptrs. in 115,822 s/f

Billerica, MA According to CBRE, Omni Logistics leased 115,822 s/f of high-bay warehouse space at 90 Salem Rd., located in Billerica Commerce Center. CBRE’s David Corkery, Steve Clancy, Rachel Marks and other members of CBRE Boston Consulting represented the tenant, Omni Logistics, and the landlord, Clarion Partners.

“In a tight real estate market, Omni Logistics was able to secure a long-term home that provides for growth and expansion in an important market area,” said CBRE’s Corkery.

Founded in 1983, Omni Logistics is a global third-party logistics provider specializing in temperature?controlled warehouses, turnkey staffing and global shipping solutions. Their clients range from small start-ups to global companies.

Located on 62 acres, 90 Salem Rd. was built in 1982 and was renovated in 2007. The building is 612,685 s/f and includes 17 loading docks, six drive-in doors and rail service. 90 Salem Rd. is located three miles from Rte. 3 and I-495, and is 20 miles northwest of Boston. The facility is now 100% occupied.
