Pawtucket, RI CBRE completed the sale of 670-710 Narragansett Park Dr., a 64,000 s/f modern multi-unit flex building, for an undisclosed price. CBRE’s Alden Anderson and Dan Cregan exclusively represented the seller, Marshall Properties, Inc., and procured the buyer, Legacy Gansett LLC, an entity owned by Legacy Real Estate Ventures.

The property is located off Rte. 1A in the Narragansett Business Park and is proximate to Interstates 95, 195, 295 and 495. The building and park are adjacent to the East Providence city line.
