* Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc (ESRI, Inc.) has leased 1,166 s/f of office space at 100 Commercial St. from Soley Wharf, LLC. This deal was brokered on behalf on the landlord by Peter Harrington, Malone Commercial Brokers and on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens, CBRE |The Boulos Co. and Dan Polanchyckm, UGL- Equis.

* Sea Bags, Inc. has leased 824 s/f of retail space at 6 Bow Street in Freeport. Sea Bags sews custom tote bags out of recycled sails.
