CBRE | The Boulos Co. completes seven transactions: 102,775

According to CBRE | The Boulos Co., the company completed the following transactions in September: * MaineHealth has purchased the former Anthem Insurance Building at 110 Free St., Portland, Maine. As part of this transaction, the related parking garage at 40 Spring St. was transferred to the abutting Holiday Inn by the Bay. The parking lot on Free St. was transferred from the Holiday Inn by the Bay to MaineHealth. MaineHealth will locate its headquarters in the 85,000 ± s/f building along with other related offices and conferencing facilities. Tony McDonald, CCIM/SIOR, partner, CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered this transaction with the assistance of Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and Dan Greenstein, partner, also of the company. * Merry Maids has leased 1,350± s/f of office space at 163 US Rte. One in Scarborough, Me. from Darrell Delong. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Sigfridson. * Abilis New England, Inc. has leased 4,823± s/f of office space at 245 Commercial St. from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Co. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Sigfridson represented the landlord and Justin Lamontagne of CBRE | Boulos Co. acted for the tenant. * NetProspex has leased a 653± s/f office suite at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, Me. Lamontagne represented the tenant and the landlord, The October Corp. * Magellan Petroleum has relocated their corporate headquarters by leasing a 4,599± s/f office unit at 79 Commercial St. Lamontagne represented the tenant and Charlie Craig, NAI/The Dunham Group represented the landlord, Olympia Equity Investors. * Foreside Real Estate Management, Inc. has leased a 2,250± s/f office floor at 76 Elm St. at the Bayside Complex. Lamontagne acted on behalf of the tenant and landlord. * North Atlantic Montessori School has leased 4,100± s/f of classroom and office space at 209 Western Ave. in South Portland in the Western Crossing complex. Lamontagne acted on behalf of the tenant and landlord.
