Nesson of Press/Cuozzo brokers 1,150 s/f to Kern & Hilllman Law

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased approximately 1,150 s/f of office space at 2911 Dixwell Ave., Suite 203. The tenant, Kern & Hillman Law, LLC relocated from its previous office at 205 Church St., New Haven. Joel Nesson, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the landlord, Joseph Moruzzi, and the tenant.
