CBRE/NE negotiates $12.2 million sale of 110,000 s/f five-building office park

Rocky Hill, CT CBRE/NE has negotiated the sale of the I-91 Tech Center, a five-building office park situated directly alongside I-91. Totaling 110,000 s/f, the Tech Center was acquired by local, private equity firm Capstone Properties for $12.2 million.

The office park was purchased in 2012 and sold by KS Partners, who is based in New York City and Boston.

The Hartford Investment Properties team of Patrick Mulready, Mike Puzzo and John McCormick represented the seller and also procured the buyer for this transaction. CBRE was engaged immediately upon closing to provide property management services from their local Hartford and Boston offices.

Windsor-based Capstone Properties is a local private equity investor. The company currently owns six office and industrial properties projects in Conn.
