East Windsor, CT Thomas Wilks of Century 21, Clemens & Sons Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of 53, 55 and 57 Prospect Hill Rd. for $1.45 million to Crossroads Community Cathedral.   The former “La Renaissance Banquet Facility,” comprised of 29,000 s/f on 8.5 acres, was an extremely popular destination for weddings and banquets in the 1980s and early 1990s but had been abandoned and fallen into disrepair in recent years.

The acquisition of the East Windsor landmark by Crossroads Community Cathedral is a result of continued expansion by the church and will be renovated and used to perform church services for parishioners located in north central Conn. and south central Mass.

Wilks represented the owner of the property, People’s United Bank, N.A. and procured the buyer, Crossroads Community Cathedral.
