Central Rock Gym to open at Related Beal’s The Beverly

Boston, MA According to Related Beal, Central Rock Gym, one of the nation’s premier indoor climbing gyms, will open its first Boston location across from North Station at The Beverly. Located adjacent to the Rose Kennedy Greenway, the facility will deliver a fitness experience that allows members to enjoy an expansive bouldering area, cardio and strength training equipment, and yoga classes.

“It has been a longtime goal of ours to expand into Boston, and we knew instantly that The Beverly would be the perfect fit,” said Joe Hardy, co-founder and owner of Central Rock Gym.

Created by two brothers from Worcester, Mass., Central Rock Gym is the second-largest climbing gym in the country, with more than 11 locations throughout New England and N.Y.

“We always seek to identify retail options that will benefit both our residents and the community alike. Central Rock Gym introduces a new fitness option to this dynamic neighborhood that will be unlike anything else in downtown Boston,” said Kimberly Sherman Stamler, president of Related Beal.
