CGI Management's Plainville Crossing now 100% leased
According to Richard Cohen of CGI Management, Inc., the managing agent for Plainville Crossing Shopping Center, has completed the leasing of its shopping center located at the intersection of Rtes.152 and106. The new tenants are Anytime Fitness which has leased 5,600 s/f, and Goochies Restaurant, which occupies 3,000 s/f. Phil McGuinness of the Sratton Group was the broker on both of these leases.
Also joining the shopping center is Great Clips, which has leased 1,500 s/f in the shopping center and will be opening soon. Richard Clark of the Dartmouth Co., along with McGuinness, worked together on this deal.
These new tenants join Rite Aid, Winthrop Hallmark, Subway, Plainville Dry Cleaners, Family Dollar and Yang Chin Restaurant.
CGI has recently been upgrading the shopping center with new landscaping, painting, and parking lot repairs.
