(RPL) sold the highest priced property in town for the first three quarters of 2011. 2 Waterway sold for $3 million due to the marketing effort of Judy Chace of the Narragansett office. The buyer was introduced to the property by Mary Ann Lisi, also of RPL's Narragansett office.
