Chace named Top Producing Agent by Kent Washington Association of Realtors for 2011

Judy Chace of Residential Properties Ltd. was recognized by the Kent Washington Association of Realtors as the #1 highest producing real estate agent for 2011 out of a field of over 1,350 member agents. In addition, Chace was the recipient of the coveted Platinum Plus award, which singles out real estate agents who, over the course of the year, attained a sales volume of more than $20 million. Chace has been the recipient of this distinction many times over her 23-year career, which has contributed to her reputation as a leader in the Rhode Island luxury coastal market. Chace works in the Narragansett office of Residential Properties. Ltd.
