Chamberlain and Hamill join Lee Kennedy Co.

Tim Chamberlain and Mike Hamill have joined Lee Kennedy Co., Inc. Chamberlain will direct sales initiatives in the commercial and healthcare/ life sciences sectors. Chamberlain has over ten years of experience in New England real estate. Having worked on the brokerage, development and construction sides of the business provides him a unique ability to make a significant and immediate contribution to the LKCo team. Previously, he served as the director of development for New Boston Fund, where he was instrumental in the development of the high-profile Quonset project in Rhode Island. Hamill has joined Lee Kennedy to manage the company's portfolio of healthcare and life sciences construction. Hamill comes to Lee Kennedy Co. from Columbia Construction, where he served as a project manager, completing projects for some of the area's premiere healthcare and life sciences institutions such as Bayer, Siemens, Millipore Corp., Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital, among others. Hamill also served as a superintendent and project manager at Whiting-Turner, gaining valuable field experience on a number of commercial and academic projects in addition to his healthcare work.
