Chapman Construction completes 11,000 s/f Creative Office Pavilion headquarters
To align with their recent re-brand, workplace consultants Creative Office Pavilion (COP) selected Chapman Construction/Design to manage the renovation of their design center headquarters. The 11,000 s/f project included a complete refresh of their showroom, conference & meeting areas, and executive offices. Chapman collaborated with COP's in-house design team and architects Silverman Trykowski Associates to create a multifunctional space for COP to work and showcase the various furniture and wall systems they represent.
Coordination of schedule, phasing, and safety was key on this project to ensure COP remained fully operational during construction.

ISO New England selects Erland Construction for 78,500 s/f campus expansion project
Holyoke, MA Erland Construction, in collaboration with Northstar Project & Real Estate Services and Interior Architects, has been selected by ISO New England to construct a new 78,500 s/f office building on the organization’s campus. The project will provide additional office space to support ISO New England’s growing workforce and strengthen its ability to carry out its critical role of ensuring the reliable operation of New England’s bulk electric power system and administering the region’s wholesale electricity markets.
