CHARLESGATE promotes Mikelonis to senior director of property management

Boston, MA CHARLESGATE has promoted Todd Mikelonis to senior director of property management, as well as several other notable promotions and the creation of new positions.

In his new role, Mikelonis will lead the entire property management department, allowing the company to operate seamlessly across all business units. He is now responsible for overseeing CHARLESGATE’s multifamily management, HOA management, leasing, capital project and construction management, and its services teams.

CHARLESGATE achieved growth in 2021, including 31% growth in its leasing business unit, 52% growth in multifamily management, and 65% growth in property management. In addition, the CHARLESGATE team grew by over 75% year-over-year, while the brokerage team added 11 new agents.

In addition to Mikelonis’ new role, the company named Andrea Martel and Casey Patterson associate directors of property management. Ross Orlando was named to the newly-created client experience manager role, while Jared Clement was promoted to the new leasing brokerage manager position.

“Todd has been a critical member of CHARLESGATE since soon after our inception.
