Charter Realty & Development along with David Adam Realty, has relocated the historic Kemper-Gunn house across the street to 35 Elm St., and renovations are now underway. The new location is a downtown location, steps from Main St. The house was relocated to make way for the $100 million Bedford Square development that is being built by Charter Realty and David Adam Realty across the street. There is 40 feet of frontage on Elm St. and is surrounded by a huge municipal parking lot. The team is excited to announce that a lease for 5,100 s/f has been signed by Serena & Lily for their northeast flagship store.
