Charter Realty & Dev. signs Home Goods for 38,000 s/f at Westport Plaza
Charter Realty & Development Corp. has signed Home Goods for 38,000 s/f superstore in Westport Plaza located at Rte. 1 & Bulkley Rd. Home Goods will be replacing Toys R Us. This 86,000 s/f center also includes Walgreen's and Pet Supplies Plus.
Home Goods will be opening one of their largest stores in the country. This deal represents the 23rd TJX lease Charter has made.
Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
