Blakely of TRB & Assoc. brokers $3 million sale
A. Russo & Sons has acquired 532-542 Pleasant St. for $3 million. The property is located in a strategic section of the town near Newton and Waltham, close to Stop & Shop, Repton Place, hundreds of new construction condominiums, Shaw's plaza in Waltham and more.
The transaction was brokered by Thomas Blakely, CCIM, president of TRB & Assoc. located in Lincoln, Mass. TRB exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer after an extensive and complete marketing process, which produced one of the highest prices ever paid for a comparable parcel of land.
