Charter Realty & Development leases 28,000 s/f to HomeGoods at Kohls Plaza in New Milford
Charter Realty & Development Corporation has arranged a lease for 28,000 s/f for a HomeGoods store in the Kohls Plaza. HomeGoods will be a part of Litchfield Crossings which is a new development that is being built by Scalzo Realty. Litchfield Crossings is a 282,000 s/f project that is located on Rte. 7.
CRDC owns or leases over 14 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the northeast. The company has recently started a Downtown & Lifestyle Division. In addition to this project, the Downtown & Lifestyle Division is developing Bedford Square a $150 million project in downtown Westport at the intersection of Rte. 1 and Main St.
