Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz leases 1,500 s/f for DH Realty

Just Communications of Middletown has leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 1211A South Broad St. Just Communications, an authorized installer and sales outlet for Dish Network, joins AT&T, Harstans Jewelers and PCW Computer in the plaza located on the Meriden/Wallingford town line. Michael Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord, DH Realty of Woodbridge, and Deborah Foehr of Star Commercial Realty in Westport represented the tenant. Spaces of 1,400 s/f and 3,000 s/f are still available. Levey Miller Maretz, LLC was founded in 1963 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties as well as the sale of investment properties and business opportunities.
