Charter Realty & Development leases 44,000 s/f
Charter Realty & Development has arranged a 44,000 s/f lease for Hobby Lobby in the TJ Maxx Shopping Center. Carol Hutchinson of Charter arranged the deal along with CBRE of Boston. The shopping center is anchored by, TJ-Maxx, AMF Circle Lanes, XPect Discounts and Holiday Inn Express.
Hobby Lobby is considered a leader in the arts and crafts industry and offers more than 65,000 crafting and home décor products in its stores. Hobby Lobby has 514 stores across the nation that average 55,000 s/f in size.
