Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers 10,500 s/f
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently brokered a 10,500 s/f lease in the Oxford Industrial Park at 6 Benson Rd.
The tenant is Triem Industries, a local manufacturer of high-end fasteners who will be utilizing the space for warehousing.
