Cherrytree Grp. names Tsvaygenbaum general counsel

Cherrytree Group, a diversified real estate services company, has named Yelena Tsvaygenbaum as general counsel, serving as chief attorney for Cherrytree Group. Tsvaygenbaum's legal background has a focus on business and commercial real estate matters, including brownfield's development, commercial leasing, and private equity transactions. Prior to joining Cherrytree, she was in private practice at Orsi Arone Rothenberg Iannuzzi & Turner and the transactional law group. Tsvaygenbaum is a graduate of Bentley University and received her J.D. from the UCONN School of Law. While at UCONN, she was a Judicial Extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and also served as a law clerk at Liberty Mutual and the New York State Office of the Attorney General. She is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars, the American Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association. Tsvaygenbaum, who grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY currently resides in Boston. She is an active volunteer with ACE (Alternatives for Community & Environment) and JCRC (Jewish Community Relations Council).
