in Multifamily award.

Chestnut Hill, MA Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR) has been selected to a national list of 2024 Best Places to Work in Multifamily. The accolade was announced at the Multifamily Innovation Summit in Phoenix, AZ, in early December.

The company ranked #11 nationally and is the top-rated employer in New England for companies managing 5,000-19,999 apartments. This is the fourth consecutive year that Chestnut Hill Realty has received the honor and represents the highest national ranking it has achieved to date.

The company also earned recognition as a 2024 Best Places to Work in Multifamily for Women, appearing as the 17th ranked company in the country and tops in Massachusetts.

The rankings are the result of an independently conducted national survey. Companies in the multifamily housing industry opt-in to participate in the survey with results based on employee feedback. The program rewards companies that excel in creating and nurturing exceptional workplace cultures.

The Best Places to Work in Multifamily for Women list sets criteria for organizations aspiring to be acknowledged for their commitment to inclusivity. An evaluation process underpins these rankings, delving into company policies, employee satisfaction, female representation and engagement.

“We work hard at cultivating a positive, inclusive culture,” says Ed Zuker, CHR dounder and CEO. “These are fundamental principles that have driven our success since our inception. The impact our culture has on our residents is significant which is why we are so proud of these accomplishments.”
