Alan Ringuete of The Stubblebine Company procured the buyer, Ampac Enterprises, also known as All Star Sports, and the seller was represented by Tuomo Peltokangas of Commonwealth Property Associates. 27 Nashua St. is a 95,000 s/f warehouse and manufacturing facility situated on 5.7 acres at the intersection of Rte. 2 and I-190. This location is across the street from the North Leominster Commuter Rail and municipal garage.
