Choudhury, Kimball and Tinsley join Hobbs Brook Management

Waltham, MA Hobbs Brook Management LLC has hired Ahad Choudhury as assistant real estate manager, construction specialist; Leyla Kimball as counsel, commercial real estate; and Emily Tinsley as tenant relations specialist.

Choudhury ’s background in financial management and real estate operations will be advantageous to his role as assistant real estate manager, construction specialist at Hobbs Brook. In this role, Ahad will be responsible for managing commercial real estate development projects, renovations, tenant improvements, and property repositioning, as well as financial modelling for new acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments. 

Kimball joins in the role of counsel to provide on-site legal counsel and advice in a variety of areas related to Hobbs Brook’s commercial real estate portfolio, including leasing, acquisitions, development and construction, and real estate/corporate matters. She brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in both private and public sectors of the law, including significant experience in commercial real estate.

Tinsley joins Hobbs Brook as a tenant relations specialist, bringing previous property management experience and a proven ability to ensure tenant needs are satisfied. In her new role, she will provide internal and external customer support to Hobbs Brook’s tenants, including coordinating office park events and maintenance and repairs in tenant space as well as keeping tenants informed of upcoming construction work and community events.
