Choyce Peterson negotiates 4,853 s/f headquarters lease to Pantheon Electric

Stamford, CT Choyce Peterson, Inc. has negotiated a new headquarters lease on behalf of Pantheon Electric, a global electrical infrastructure platform providing electrical solutions.

The 4,853 s/f office is located at 100 First Stamford Pl. Choyce Peterson principal John Hannigan represented Pantheon Electric in the transaction.

Hannigan guided Pantheon Electric through an extensive market search, touring multiple buildings in the downtown city and near I-95. After reviewing competitive proposals from several landlords, Pantheon Electric selected 100 First Stamford Pl. for its location — adjacent to Exit 7 of I-95 and walking distance to the Stamford Transportation Center — and its amenities, including a full-service cafeteria, Starbucks café, fitness center, conference facilities, dry cleaning, salon, and onsite daycare.

Hannigan negotiated favorable lease terms that included a competitive rental rate, a period of free rent, and landlord-funded tenant improvements to customize the new space to the needs of Pantheon Electric.

The decision to choose Stamford for its headquarters location reflects Pantheon Electric’s desire to position the company within a business community offering proximity to major transportation hubs and access to New York City — an hour by train. Stamford’s increasingly pro-business environment and concentration of finance, technology, and manufacturing firms made it a natural choice for Pantheon Electric.

“I enjoyed working with the Pantheon Electric’s team on finding a new headquarters location in downtown Stamford,” said Hannigan. “Concentrating our search in a targeted geographic area allowed us to strike the ideal balance between office layout, location and amenities, all while securing lease terms that align with Pantheon Electric’s strategic goals.”

Gregory Smith, CEO of Pantheon Electric, said, “We’re grateful to have partnered with John Hannigan and thrilled to establish our new home in Stamford. We look forward to growing our presence in Fairfield County as we continue to expand our business and team.”

The landlord was represented by Tara Long, senior director, Matthew List, executive director, and Stephen Baker, executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield.
