Chozick Realty arranges $1.26m sale of Mansion Apts. to Otis Manch

Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty has completed the sale of the Mansion Apartments located at 20-28 Otis St. This 15 unit apartment complex sold for $1.26 million or $84,000 per unit. The complex consists of eight, two bedroom townhouse units constructed in 1972 and seven two and three bedroom units located in an original Cheney family mansion constructed in 1886. The mansion units has original woodwork, working fireplaces with hand carved mantels, etched brass door hardware, electrified gaslights and canvas ceilings. The property has been fully updated. The mansion apartments offers residents a choice of 1970s townhouse living or a vintage 122 year old residence. The purchaser, Otis Manch LLC plans further improvements to the property. Chozick represented the purchaser, while Michele Lizee of Century 21 Alaimo represented the seller, Stephen Grimaldi.
