O'Brien Comm'l. Props. brokers $733,000 sale of 12,750 s/f to Smart
Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller, Walker Drive Realty Trust, in the sale of 1 Walker Dr.
The buyer Tom Smart acquired the facility for his business Craftech, which specializes in disaster restoration. The property, which is 12,750 s/f, sold for $733,000.
Bret O'Brien was the sole broker of record in this transaction.
