Tolland, CT Chozick Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of a professional medical office portfolio located in Tolland, Windham, and Mansfield, Conn., for a total purchase price of $10.5 million.

The portfolio, totaling 66,000 s/f, includes Twin Ponds Office Centre, consisting of two buildings totaling 37,600 s/f; Windham Professional Park, a two-building, 16,400 s/f complex in Windham; and Ledgebrook North, a 12,000 s/f, three-building property in Mansfield.

The properties are located within close proximity to one another, enabling efficient centralized management and leasing. All are situated near population centers, healthcare institutions, major roadways, and the 30,000 student and staff population of the University of Connecticut.

Tom Boyle of Chozick Realty represented the seller, who developed and has owned, leased, and managed the portfolio since the original construction of the properties between 1988 and 1997. He said, “these properties have been extremely well-maintained by the original developer with a long history of full occupancy, particularly among medical and healthcare-related tenants.”

This sale marks another successful transaction in Chozick Realty’s history of representing high-quality office, multifamily, and commercial properties throughout Connecticut and the Northeast.
