Press|Cuozzo closes $525,000 retail sale
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR of Press|Cuozzo Realtors completed the sale of the single tenant asset at 1980 Whitney Ave.
The 2,500 s/f building, set on .24 acres is occupied by the long-term tenant, Discount Wines, a successful retail liquor store.
Press represented the seller RLK Properties LLC, and Joel Nesson of Press|Cuozzo secured the buyer, a local investor. The transaction closed at $525,000.
