Chozick Realty Inc. brokers $11.1m sale of 113,500 s/f Southbridge Fair

Southbridge, MA Chozick Realty Inc. has completed the sale of Southbridge Fair, a 113,500 s/f grocery anchored shopping center. The sale price was $11.1 million.

The transaction was guided by Chozick Realty broker, Tom Boyle, who handled the sale on behalf of the seller as well as procuring the buyer.

Southbridge Fair is on 13 acres and is anchored by Big Y World Class Supermarket in addition to Advanced Auto Parts, Aubuchon Hardware, McDonald’s, Family Dollar, Great Clips, and more.

Originally constructed in 1972 and modernized in 1996, Boyle said “the diversified tenant mix at Southbridge Fair is a proven success story as occupancy has remained at 100% for approximately 10 years with no change to tenant roster as of the closing date.”

Chozick Realty Inc. is one of the region’s leading and longest established multifamily and commercial real estate specialists. With 58 years of experience and billions of dollars in completed sales, its team of expert advisors have been closing transactions on behalf of their clients since 1967.
