The 1920’s era brick building was fully occupied at the time of the purchase and contained a mix of 13 one-beds, two two-beds, and one three-bedroom unit.

“The building was owned by the same family for close to 80 years,” said Christie. “There was a lot of interest in this property and we received multiple offers. The timing was right for the seller and the purchase made sense for the buyer who has other holdings in the area.”
