Christie and McGee of Hunneman negotiate $1.675m sale to My3Sons
Carl Christie and Dan McGee of NAI Hunneman sold a 14,872 s/f office building for $1.675 million to My3Sons LLC, a division of Newman Properties. The seller was The Copley Group of Boston.
Located off of exit 10 on the Mass Pike, the building at 7 Midstate Dr. is leased to nationally recognized companies and additional parking is leased to the Mass. Turnpike Authority.
