Christie, McGee and Lieber of NAI Hunneman broker $1.9 million sale

NAI Hunneman recently brokered the $1.9 million sale of 1592 Beacon St., to Thirty 2 Rutland LLC. NAI Hunneman investment services group members Carl Christie, Dan McGee and Henry Lieber represented the sellers, Avraham and Madalyn Frydman, as well as procured the buyer. Constructed in 1909, 1592 Beacon St. is a four-story, four-unit brownstone apartment building. "In addition to the historic nature of the area's brownstone buildings, the proximity of 1592 Beacon St. to Brookline's Washington Square and the MBTA Green Line subway make it a very desirable residence and a fantastic investment for its new owners," said Christie. Along with Christie, McGee and Lieber, NAI Hunneman's investment services group includes David Ross, Robert Tito, Scott Dragos, Doug Jacoby, Gina Barroso, Mitch Levey and Robert Tito Jr. The group specializes in the representation of both owners and purchasers of investment properties in Greater Boston and throughout New England.
