Christie, McGee and Lieber of NAI Hunneman handle $5.2 million sale

NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently brokered the $5.2 million sale of a 24-unit multifamily property located at 61 - 63 Moraine St. Executive vice president/principal Carl Christie, assisted by sales associates Dan McGee and Henry Lieber represented the seller The LaFauci Family Realty Trust and procured the buyer CMS Realty Partners LLC. Sold by the original builder, the property offers tremendous upside via renovation of the units. Situated in Waverly Sq. in close proximity to Rte. 60 near the Waltham line 61-63 Moraine St. is comprised one and two-bedroom units. The property is located near a wealth of area amenities including the Beaver Brook Reservation which is home to 59 acres of open fields, walking/biking trails and woodlands. "The buyer was seeking a well-located brick apartment building with upside potential and the timing was right for the owner to sell," said Christie. "We were able to connect both sides and the deal came together quickly."
