Churchill & Banks, a Providence-based development and property management firm, has signed a lease with Swipely for three floors at 39 Pike St. in the city's India Point waterfront area.
"The entire building is now leased and we are thrilled to have Swipely, a fast growing technology company as our anchor tenant," said Richard Baccari II, principal at C&B.
Swipely now has over 25 employees in the building and is growing monthly. Churchill & Banks plans a major expansion and redevelopment at the property which it purchased last year. "We are excited about the leasing prospects we are working with on our Master plan for the property which includes retail, office and residential apartments. We hope to submit our plans for development in the coming months and break ground in 2013."
